Alchemic Reaction - Edward Elric

This is a pic I spent a lot of time working on, experimenting on techniques and layer handling and so on... and one of the few I actually finished.
I know this description already is an utter failure so I'll just keep it short.
For all of you who haven't recognized him (or read the horribly uncreative title) it's Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist.
